A little about us...

In case you go to school with Brian and don't know Jess, or if you are in Springfield and don't know Brian, or if you don't know either of us very well....here is a little bit about us.

We are officially nerds. Jessica is more the Harry Potter kind, I lean towards Lord of the Rings, but we both have a deep passion for the two. Jessica is getting her degree in English Education and Brian is majoring in Broadcast Journalism, but of course, we would rather just get paid to travel.


Jessica spent last Spring semester in London getting cultured in everything Europe (i.e. Guinness, the Queen, Wicked and terrible exchange rates). She had a blast, but likes not having to share a flat with 11 other girls. She enjoys knitting, cooking (Yay Giada), napping and singing along to musicals. She has developed a love of all things Mizzou, like Brian, and her true favorite sports team is the Detroit Red Wings.


Brian loves all things Mizzou....almost more than life itself, he also roots for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, and he supports Tottenham Hotspur FC, a soccer team in England. He enjoys playing guitar and drums, taking random words people say and turning them into songs (thanks Dad), and dominating at all sports.

The Wedding

Here is a little info about the wedding:

It is going down at Wesley United Methodist Church in Springfield, Missouri on July 26th, 2008. We haven't decided on a time yet, but plan on an early evening ceremony. It will be your typical wedding with a little of our own personalities thrown in (i.e. the Mizzou fight song, hula hoops, and Fat Tire for all those of age).


The reception/party is happening downtown at the renovated Gillioz Theater (gillioz.org) and the food will be catered by our good friends at Dining By Design. Great people! Expect champagne, dancing and good music.....but not necessarily good dancing.
